Last updated: 26 July 2023.We've made these terms simple for you. SculptEmail helps you design and develop awesome email templates. You own what you create and can even sell it. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. We collect some data to make this happen, and you can read all about it in our Privacy Policy. If there are changes, we'll shoot you an email. We operate under the laws of France.
1. Introduction
By using SculptEmail you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
1. Your Templates, Your Business
When you buy a license, you can create email templates using SculptEmail. You own what you create. That means you can sell it, tweak it, or do whatever you want with it. It's yours!
2. Refunds, Because Life Happens
Changed your mind? No worries! You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. Just drop us an email at vincent@sculptemail.com.
3. Your Data, Your Privacy
We collect your name, email, and payment info to make things work. If you've logged in using Google Auth, we may also store the image link associated with your Google account for a personalized experience. We use web cookies for a better browsing experience. 6. Disclaimer
We want you to know that while we've put our best efforts into SculptEmail, we can't guarantee it will always meet your requirements, operate without interruptions, or be entirely error-free. All the warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement (including things like loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts), to the extent permitted by applicable law, are excluded and disclaimed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this Agreement. We believe in transparency and honesty, and we want you to use SculptEmail with clear expectations.
